I am privileged to offer the opportunity to work with a sacred plant in a harmonious marriage with Sound, Drum & Voice in a 3 hour ceremonially infused journey.  Working with these medicines together can enhance healing, elevate the senses and deepen the overall experience. This offering is perfect for bringing in fresh perspectives & awareness, in preparation for the year ahead. 

What is Cacao?

Ceremonial grade Cacao is typically sourced from Central and South America, where the beans are grown by local tribes, prepared by hand and harvested with love. When ingested, it helps to release 'feel good' hormones and endorphins, including theobromine, dopamine, and anandamide. Combining Sound & Cacao is an ancient healing tradition that has been quietly reviving itself around the globe. 

Cacao is also coined as a Super food, it is high in antioxidants and contains essential vitamins and minerals. In Ceremony, Cacao is made with hot water and drunk as a hot drink. It tastes slightly bitter but its appearance, components, smell & texture create chocolate in it purest form.
